CHECK-IN: After 3:00 p.m. Location 683 Main Street, Cambria. Late or early check-in may be made by arrangement. Smoking and pets are not permitted in our home.

CHECK- OUT: Check out time is11:00 a.m. or by arrangement. Upon departure, please follow the directions outlined in your check-in agreement.

RATES: Rental prices are quoted on a daily or weekly basis and do not include applicable tax and fees.  An 11% Bed Tax is applicable to all homes in Cambria.  A weekly rental is a consecutive 7-day period. The weekly rate is calculated at 6 times the daily rate - 1 day is free.  A $39.00 processing fee is required on all reservations.  

CLEANING: Cleaning is charged as an extra and is payable prior to or at check-in along with balance due. Any excessive cleaning charges will be charged to the credit card on file.

PAYMENTS: Make all checks payable to Scenic Coast Properties.  A $39 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $250 at time of booking for bookings under $600, and $450 for bookings over $600. There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.

CANCELLATION:  If you cancel your reservation 60 days in advance of arrival date, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of arrival date, you will lose your entire deposit.

OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS:  Occupancy mat not exceed number stated in either the occupancy agreement or the description of each rental unit.  Large parties are not permitted in home unless previously agreed to in writing. House parties are not permitted in our homes. Should you misrepresent your group or gather too many people not registered at the home we can deny occupancy.  In this case, no refund will be given.

LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS from the house phone require a credit card or calling card. There is no charge for local calls with the following prefixes: 924, 926, and 927.
